Additional Charges for 4 Day Rush Shipping and Shipping to Alaska, VI and Hawaii.  We don't ship outside of the USA.

We carry three types of gift items. Items we get from a supplier, our own Crema Fiore Bath and Body and our own custom handcrafted Collier Digital Graphics gifts.

For items ordered that are from our supplier - Our gift supplier processes and ships within 48 hours. Once processed, shipping normally takes 7 to 10 business days for orders to arrive via UPS but we may choose to use FedEx or USPS. If orders are delayed by the supplier or shipping company, All Occasions Gift Shop cannot be held responsible. We are only providing a timeframe that our supplier has given us. RUSH order that are placed will be shipped via DHL RUSH. Orders take 4 days for delivery if the order is placed by 9:00 am. EST. After 9:00 am EST the order will not go out until the next morning. Shipping times do not include holidays and weekends. This information is what our supplier provides us. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you decide you do not want an order after it is placed you can return it to All Occasions Gift Shop and we will refund your money less the shipping and handling. All Occasions Gift Shop is not responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges on returned products.  Occasionally we will be out of a product. If so, we will contact you and provide an expected arrival date.

Crema Fiore Bath and Body - shipping times vary according to the size of the order and the products ordered. All products are freshly made to order.  Some products such as bath bombs take time to cure.  Allow anywhere from 3 to 5 days for products to be made and packaged prior to shipping. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS. If shipping RUSH your order will take priority over regular shipping orders and be shipped USPS Priority Mail but will still need time to make the products. Priority Mail is generally 2 to 3 days but we cannot be held accountable if USPS takes longer than that. Holidays may take longer. Shipping times do not include holidays and weekends. Due to the nature of Crema Fiore Products, they are not refundable.

Collier Digital Graphics - Hand crafted and digital items that we carry may take longer for delivery depending on the item orders. Some items are not made until the orders are placed. Allow 4 to 5 days processing time for these orders. Large items may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Movie and video order times will be discussed with the customer. Our custom made hand crafted items are just that, hand crafted. We are not a factory production line. With any hand crafted item you must understand that each individual item is unique and no two will be identical. Collier Digital Graphics Photo Clocks and digital work is not refundable. Please be aware that we don't have any control over your local UPS or USPS carrier as far as leaving a package without someone being their to accept it. Some carriers will leave packages and some will not. Due to the fact that if they leave the package and you claim to not have received it, then they would be responsible. If you know there will not be anyone there to accept the package, choose an alternative shipping location where someone can accept it.

Please keep in mind during busy holiday's (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas) that the shipping companies are very busy and your delivery time might be delayed. We have not control over this. There is always the possibility that an item you order is out of stock. If this is the case we will contact you.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - We carry many items that are made of various materials.

ALABASTRITE: Our fine line of alabastrite creations is fashioned by combining oxylite and polystone to form a stone-based, polyresin material. This unique combination allows the sculpting mastery of the artesian to be captured in intricate detail in each handsomely finished product.

HAND CRAFTED/HAND PAINTED: Items may vary in size or color when compared to photographed samples shown on this site. Figurines, carvings and other hand painted items of porcelain, alabastrite, ceramic, wood, stone, glass, etc., are created by various artists and artisans. Each brings an individual and personalized talent to his products truly one-of-a-kind collector's items.

PATCHWORK: Our fine Patchwork collection is crafted by talented artisans who select items made of porcelain or polyresin and take great care in applying unique fabric or paper prints to their surfaces. By adding 12 layers of lacquer and hand polishing between each layer, the end result is a unique item which adds a handsome touch to your home or office.

PORCELAIN: Fine ground, white clay is molded and oven fired for 8 hours at 120 degrees to form our attractive porcelain items. A glaze or underglaze is then added and the piece is returned to the oven one final time to intensify the outer finish.

SOAPSTONE: Our Soapstone items made in Kenya are individually crafted by hand and thus design, color and size may vary from piece to piece adding to their unique beauty.

We do this by offering our customers a variety of unique, unusual, quality gift products and by taking care of our customers ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME. We will do our best to respond within 48 hours. If you want to return an item you purchased simply notify us within 10 days and return the item to All Occasions Gift Shop for a full refund of the product less shipping and handling. (Due to the nature of our Bath and Body Product we cannot accept returns because we could no longer assure purity of the product).

All Occasions Gift Shop can not guarantee that all items are available at all times. Sometimes items may be out of stock or on backorder. It this occurs you will be notified. If ordering a product you are agreeing to pay the price that is listed on the product page. All Occasions Gift Shop seeks the best value which takes into account price as well as quality. We believe we offer the best quality for the lowest possible price. However, quality is subjective and viewed differently by each person. What appears to be a flaw to one person may be viewed as a natural mark of beauty to another. All Occasions Gift Shop makes a supreme effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely. Every order placed with All Occasions Gift Shop is double-checked for accuracy. For your maximum protection, every order shipped is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage. On each UPS shipment, a PIN (Package Identification Number) is included that makes tracing of lost shipments easy as fast. All Occasions Gift Shop orders are packed with styrofoam pellets as cushioning material. These pellets are much more costly than shredded newsprint which is commonly used. The pellets do not compact, and therefore offer more protection. They are much lighter than shredded paper thereby saving you shipping costs. Despite all of these precautions, problems do arise. All Occasions Gift Shop's adjustment and return policy is truly very simple. We want to protect you and make you feel comfortable and make certain you get what you pay for. We have established some requirements to make our policies and programs workable.

LOST ORDERS - It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, do the following: Contact All Occasions Gift Shop via phone or e-mail. Please have the following information ready. a: Your name.  b: If a partial order was delivered and the invoice is included in one of the delivered cartons, please have this invoice available and a list of the missing items. Provide the number of cartons received. All Occasions Gift Shop will check our computer to find the date your order was shipped. All Occasions will initiate a tracer with the carrier. Normally a response is received within 10 working days after the tracer is initiated. Most carriers require a 10-day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request.  Usually when a order is not received it is due to the follow reasons: 1: UPS made three attempts at delivery to you and no one was home. 2: Your delivery address is a Post Office Box. UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. They notify you, but if no response is made within seven days, the package is returned to All Occasions Gift Shop. 3: You have moved and your order was sent to your former address. The package may have been retained by someone who signed for the package at your old address, or the shipment was returned to All Occasions Gift Shop. If your order is not located All Occasions Gift Shop will either reship the item(s) or refund you your money. All Occasions Gift Shop holds no responsibility for any package once UPS has delivered it.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - Contact All Occasions Gift Shop. Provide us your name and address. All Occasions Gift Shop will reship the item(s) or refund your money.

BATH AND BODY PRODUCTS - All sales are final on our Bath and Body Products. As with any product, discontinue use if irritation occurs. All Occasion can not be held responsible for any reactions due to our bath and body products. Product are not made for human consumption.
